The Jonathan Livingston
The name of the great pirate ship, named famously after the novel of the same title. The ship is fashioned like a grand old wooden frigate, but has been modernized with built in amplifiers on the quarterdeck and an arena sound system hanging from the mizzenmast and crosstrees. The vessel is prepared to entertain the masses anywhere it pulls into port. It also is updated with modern beverage taps and ice making machines, as well as a portside fashioned to fold out into an impressive entertainment venue, complete with modern arena lights and dazzling disco balls.
Propelled by an advanced cold-fusion reactor and powered by solar sails, wind turbines and fuels cells, the Jonathan Livingston also serves as a rescue vessel, while retaining the ability to defend itself through a most unusual means.
