King Baddama Attatooda’s realm, complete with the king’s palace and, at its summit, the famed Mile High Club. The Las Vegas of the high seas, the club is the preferred destination of the world’s social, cultural and financial elite.  So high in the air when one walks out on the terraces they are looking down on the clouds giving a feeling of walking into Heaven. While fueling the king’s opulent lifestyle, the lavish club hides more nefarious activities, including slavery and the exploitation of natural resources to the detriment of the environment. Untreated sludge is sent to sea, belching black smoke to the air. And, the island holds even darker secrets revealed only in the story’s exciting conclusion.
